Jean-Luc Azoulay is behind many successful and iconic ‘90s TV shows (as producer and creator): Club Dorothée, Premiers Baisers, Hélène & les Garçons. In 1999, he purchased the production department of Groupe AB and founded JLA Groupe. Later, he produced prime time series hits like Navarro, L’Instit, Quai N°1, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Les Rois Maudits among others. In 2007, he founded the Parisian channel IDF1. In 2011, he revived the french TV saga Hélène et les Garçons with Les Mystères de l’Amour. By welcoming within JLA Groupe many talented producers, Jean-Luc Azoulay has constantly kept his leading position with very diverse daytime and primetime programs, along with movies, entertainment programs and cartoons.

Richard Berkowitz started his collaboration with JLA Group as a producer on successful TV series: Navarro and Quai n°1. In 2003, he became  artistic manager  for TF1 and was in charge of prime time series: RISSection de Recherches Alice Nevers among others. In 2009, he came back to JLA Groupe producing Camping Paradis , Commissaire Magellan,  the mini series Jeu de Dames and various dramas. While working for JLA Groupe, Richard Berkowitz created Episode Productions with Jean-Luc Azoulay, his own subsidiary within JLA Groupe. He produced Meurtres à la Rochelle, Le Prix de la VéritéLe Prix de la Loyauté, some currently filming episodes of the TV series Crimes Parfaits and the mini series Jugée Coupable.

Jean-Sébastien Bouilloux graduated from FEMIS and quickly followed as deputy director of the TV movies and series department at TF1, then a producer at PM Productions. In 2014, he joined JLA Groupe where he produced the successful prime time event La Vengeance aux Yeux Clairs, then Munch (co-produced with Exilene Films) starring Isabelle Nanty. Jean-Sébastien Bouilloux is also producing Astrid et Raphaëlle, the critically-acclaimed and rating-hit France 2 series.

After a stint at the Ministry of Culture, Françoise Bertheau-Guillet became a producer. In 1999, she founded Exilène Films and co-produced several international series: Force de Frappe, Fly by night, Voices in the Garden… She originated successful teens series like Seconde B and Nos Années Pension, produced prime time series such as Actions Spéciales Douanes, La Famille Guerin and also developed several miniseries. Françoise Bertheau-Guillet has produced the drama Au dessus des Nuages, the pilot of Le Remplaçant with JoeyStarr and co-produced with JLA Productions, the hit series Munch with Isabelle Nanty.

Since then, he has created and produced the series Contact, Imposture and the mini-series La Forêt, which won the Best Series award at the La Rochelle TV festival and was one of the ratings smashes of France 3 in 2017. The latest Carma Films success is Alexandra Ehle starring Julie Depardieu with over 4 millions faithful viewers.

Soraya Alami is a graduate of Sciences Po Rennes and ESCP, where she earned an MSc in Media Management. She spent the first part of her career at UGC, EuropaCorp and StudioCanal, then joined the CNC before moving to the production company MyFamily, where she worked on several series and features, including Belle-fille and Maison de retraite. Soraya was then hired by the Mediawan Group as the Literary Director at Scarlett Production, where she helped to develop the Poulets grillés show for France Télévisions, as well as numerous VOD series.

Following his acquired experience, thanks to his eclectic and various background, he is now developing and producing new projects for JLA Groupe.

After a career spanning more than 20 years with TF1 Vidéo, TPS and France 3, followed by a stint on the board of TMC/NT1, and finally on the executive committee of France Télévisions, in 2021 Caroline Got teamed up with Jean-Luc Azoulay (JLA Groupe) and Dominique Ambiel (A Prime Group). She founded Médicis Productions with the aim of producing popular entertainment shows (Le Jeu des 1000 euros, Les Extra-Curieux), as well as dramas and documentaries.

After working as an actor, notably in Italy, Denis Karvil founded the company Alizés Films and became a renowned producer of dramas for M6, creating the Vertiges collection, and the series Arianne Ferry and Eternelle. He also produced numerous TV films for public television, Arte and TF1, as well as the two police series Les Bœuf-carottes (Best Series Award at the Fiction Festival) and Femmes de Loi (Best Series Award at the Fiction Festival). In 2022, he joined forces with Jean-Luc Azoulay and Alexandra Cossu and created Kaaz Productions.

A graduate of ESRA and UCLA (Producing Certificate), Alexandra Cossu has worked on a range of production projects such as Stéphane Brizé’s Une vie, Antonin Baudry’s Le chant du loup and the series Engrenages and Mouche shown on Canal +. At the same time, Alexandra Cossu worked as a reader for M6. She currently works in association with Jean-Luc Azoulay and Denis Karvil and together they have created the company Kaaz Productions.

Ludovic Lestavel joined JLA Groupe in 2002 and collaborated on various series and movies. From 2007 on, he produced several shows on IDF1. In 2010, he directed his first documentary Il était une fois Dorothée and in 2012 became artistic director of the series Les Mystères de l’Amour. In 2015, after several successes on various documentaries he produced and directed himself, he created within the JLA Groupe a subsidiary dedicated to the production of documentaries, Ludoc Prod. In 2017, he also took over the helm of the VAB imprint, dedicated to the production of TV movies.

Stéphane Joffre-Roméas studied business and communication then joined the artistic department of AB Productions in 1994, and later JLA Groupe. In October 2007, he became NRJ 12 head of programs and was then appointed head of programs for the NRJ Group TV division. Between 2014 and 2017, he was heading creation and the international division of Endemol Group. In 2018, he joined NRJ group as general director of programs. In 2019, he created J&A, a subsidiary of JLA Groupe. He produced with his associate Olivier Hallé, various shows such as Chasseurs d’Objets, Hypnose Thérapie, etc. and other programs in co-production like Baba en Laponie and Dorothée, Hélène et les garçons : Génération AB Productions.

Olivier Hallé graduated from Paris-Dauphine University, since 1998, he executive-produced Cannes Festival Ceremony, Le Grand Journal, TPMP !, The Bachelor, Y’a pas Photo…  He’s a specialist in the production of big live events, talk-shows and documentaries. She founded Médicis Productions with the aim of producing popular entertainment shows (Le Jeu des 1000 euros, Les Extra-Curieux), as well as dramas and documentaries.

After working as an actor, notably in Italy, Denis Karvil founded the company Alizés Films and became a renowned producer of dramas for M6, creating the Vertiges collection, and the series Arianne Ferry and Eternelle. He also produced numerous TV films for public television, Arte and TF1, as well as the two police series Les Bœuf-carottes (Best Series Award at the Fiction Festival) and Femmes de Loi (Best Series Award at the Fiction Festival). In 2022, he joined forces with Jean-Luc Azoulay and Alexandra Cossu and created Kaaz Productions.

A graduate of ESRA and UCLA (Producing Certificate), Alexandra Cossu has worked on a range of production projects such as Stéphane Brizé’s Une vie, Antonin Baudry’s Le chant du loup and the series Engrenages and Mouche shown on Canal +. At the same time, Alexandra Cossu worked as a reader for M6. She currently works in association with Jean-Luc Azoulay and Denis Karvil and together they have created the company Kaaz Productions.

Ludovic Lestavel joined JLA Groupe in 2002 and collaborated on various series and movies. From 2007 on, he produced several shows on IDF1. In 2010, he directed his first documentary Il était une fois Dorothée and in 2012 became artistic director of the series Les Mystères de l’Amour. In 2015, after several successes on various documentaries he produced and directed himself, he created within the JLA Groupe a subsidiary dedicated to the production of documentaries, Ludoc Prod. In 2017, he also took over the helm of the VAB imprint, dedicated to the production of TV movies.

Stéphane Joffre-Roméas studied business and communication then joined the artistic department of AB Productions in 1994, and later JLA Groupe. In October 2007, he became NRJ 12 head of programs and was then appointed head of programs for the NRJ Group TV division. Between 2014 and 2017, he was heading creation and the international division of Endemol Group. In 2018, he joined NRJ group as general director of programs. In 2019, he created J&A, a subsidiary of JLA Groupe. He produced with his associate Olivier Hallé, various shows such as Chasseurs d’Objets, Hypnose Thérapie, etc. and other programs in co-production like Baba en Laponie and Dorothée, Hélène et les garçons : Génération AB Productions.

Axel Danlos started as a press officer in 2002 in several entertainment PR agencies. He joined M6 in 2006, where he managed press relations for domestic TV series. In 2013, he became communication manager for the “French TV series, cinema, cartoons, lifestyle TV shows and sport” department. In 2014, he joined Aidem Communication as PR and communication manager in charge of a 5 consultants team. In 2015, he was hired by Canal + Group, he was appointed communication manager.
