ECO-RESPONSIBILITY COMMON CHARTER

OVER AND ABOVE OUR WORK AS A PRODUCTION COMPANY, OUR AIM IS TO MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO CONSERVING OUR ENVIRONMENT

JLA Groupe is one of the major independent companies in the French audio-visual production sector. It has a duty to address the key challenges of green transition by implementing a more eco-responsible work strategy.

Through our membership of the Ecoprod association, we are demonstrating our commitment to adopt an eco-responsible approach, and we encourage all our staff, partners and service providers to do the same.

We will be ready to respond to requests from our patrons to help drive change in our sector.

At JLA Groupe, we are all committed to making changes to our practices and behaviour in order to reduce our environmental footprint.

This is our charter, which will be updated according to our possibilities and our resources :

1/ We should reduce our consumption of raw materials: we encourage equipment rentals rather than purchases.

2/ We should reduce our energy consumption by adopting energy-saving practices, in particular for electricity.

3/ We should give priority to procuring supplies and consumables from green suppliers.

4/ We should reduce and sort our waste: we will encourage reuse and will implement selective sorting systems to manage waste. We will also recycle as much as possible.

5/ We should limit and optimise business travel: staff should use soft mobility solutions wherever possible.

6/ We should regularly measure our environmental impact in order to understand and progressively reduce this impact. We will monitor the effectiveness of our actions through the use of measuring tools.

7/ We should communicate with each other, and we encourage our staff to share their thoughts and their feedback, in order to adapt and consolidate the initiative: we will be setting up a “green committee”, which will meet regularly in order to report back on this.

Through our charter, we wish to promote changes in working habits by means of joint, green-friendly actions. It is only by working together that we will reduce our environmental impact.
